I had the pleasure of staying at Ilusion Calma & Spa for a week, and I must say, the hotel truly surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process, where I was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in being accommodated. The attention to detail in the rooms, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a terrace offering stunning views, made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The efficient heating and air conditioning ensured a perfect temperature throughout my stay, allowing me to relax and unwind in the cozy ambiance of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that all guests had a memorable experience. The highlight for me was the relaxing Spa, where I indulged in a rejuvenating treatment after a day of exploring the nearby beach and local dining options. Ilusion Calma & Spa offers exceptional value for money in Palma, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
